Use the excel spreadsheet to create a table that shows how much it costs to take care of a pet

.

According to the ASPCA, here are the costs involved in pet ownership.

Today we will find out how much money we would need to cover the cost of 1, 2, or 3 small dogs.

You will create a MS Excel spreadsheet like this:

  1. Go to VIEW and ZOOM to 200%
  2. Click and drag from D5 to A1
  3. Create borders, choose the window pane border to outline each cell.
  4. Select Cells and Choose Format

A B C D
1 Items and Number of Dogs
1
2
3
2 Food
$55
= b2*c1
=b2*d1
3 Doctor & Shots
$210
= b3*c1
=b3*d1
4 Treats & Toys

6 Leash & Collar $25
